The Univex MP4TE single convection oven has space for four full-size food pans. For durability and corrosion resistance, the oven's interior is made of stainless steel and has coved corners to ease the cleaning process by eliminating debris-trapping crevices. Its exterior is also made of stainless steel to help prevent damage from rust and dents.

To ensure consistent results between batches, the Univex MP4TE multipurpose oven holds 80 programmed recipes, and it has a reversible fan and probe. The oven has multiple cooking modes, including steam and convection, to suit the cooking needs of various products.
