This Nemco counter top pizza oven features two removable 19-inch FibraMent decks, which provide superior heat transfer and will bake any item to a perfect golden brown. This pizza oven has a temperature range of 300 to 700 degrees F and cooks with an Incoloy tubular heating element. This pizza oven is automatically vented with a powered fan for safe operation and there is a 60-minute bell timer, which lets you set and perform other tasks in your kitchen while baking.
