Moffat E35D6-26/2C Description

To ensure durability with intensive use, the exterior of the Moffat E35D6-26/2C Turbofan convection oven is constructed primarily of scratch- and dent-resistant stainless steel. Each of its two compartments accommodates six full-size sheet pans and is enameled with nonstick porcelain to streamline cleanup. This unit's temperature can be adjusted between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using precise electronic controls and a clear digital display.

The Moffat E35D6-26/2C electric convection oven features a two-speed fan as well as five modes of steam injection, ensuring food doesn't dry out as it cooks. Its interior is fitted with dual halogen lamps to improve visibility, and it includes a stacking kit with adjustable feet to maintain stability. This unit is equipped with an electronic timer that features both time count and countdown modes.
