The Moffat E32D5/2C Turbofan electric convection oven features two stacked ovens that each have a capacity of five full-size sheet pans. Both the base stand and oven spacer frame are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, making this unit long lasting and easy to clean. For additional durability, the oven interiors are porcelain enameled.

To ensure convenient and straightforward operation, the Moffat E32D5/2C double-stack oven is equipped with large digital time and temperature controls as well as an electric timer with countdown and time-count modes. The Stay-Cool handles remain cool to the touch while the oven is heated, providing safety and comfort for users. This unit's doors are glass, enabling users to effectively monitor the cooking process.
