Moffat E31D4/2C Description

The Moffat E31D4/2C Turbofan double convection oven holds a total of eight half-size pans between two chambers, accommodating them on chrome-plated wire racks that are removable to simplify the cleaning process. Preventing food from getting stuck, the interiors are porcelain enameled to create a slick surface. Dropping down for convenience, the doors have dual-pane glass windows to provide interior visibility.

With electronic controls and LED displays, the Moffat E31D4/2C double full-size convection oven eases operation and can be used in a simple manual mode or more versatile program mode. The temperature in the unit is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and has a grill/broil setting to toast products. Operators can set the timer to count down for as long as 180 minutes or count up for 999 minutes, and the two oven chambers stack together with an included kit. A stand comes with the unit to raise the oven to a convenient working height and 3-inch casters enable mobility.
