Moffat E28M4/2 Description

Accommodating eight full-size sheet pans, the Moffat E28M4/2 Turbofan double convection oven includes four chrome-plated wire racks in each chamber. Enameled with porcelain and welded, the interiors are strong and have a slick texture that prevents food build up, while its doors are hinged with a convenient drop-down design. Double-pane glass windows in the doors provide interior visibility, and because the inner glass is hinged, operators can clean both sides of each glass pane.

Each oven chamber has its own control panel on this Moffat E28M4/2 double full-size convection oven, and because the panels are made of stainless steel, they are durable and simplify cleanup. Operators can set the temperature on the mechanical thermostat, which has a range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while toven timers for the unit can be set to 60 minutes and sound a buzzer at the end of a time cycle. These panels have indicator lights that shine when the power is on, when the heater is on, and when the time expires.
