- Full size doors are available in clear Lexan, solid Aluminum and double door solid Aluminum
- Undercounter model doors are available in clear Lexan and solid Aluminum
- Both undercounter and full size model doors are field reversible with left hand hinges
- Adjustable heating mode setting keeps cabinet temperatures up to 180°F (80°C)
- Proof mode adjusts humidity between 30% and 95% and temperature up to 115°F (46°C)
- Full door models are equipped with four (4) 5" casters, two with brakes
- Undercounter door models are equipped with four (4) 3" casters, two with brakes
- Full and half door models feature corner bumpers and easy to read LED thermometer
- Removable control drawer for easy cleaning and maintenance
- Full size models accommodate 36 full size sheet pans with 1 1/2" clearance between slides
- Undercounter models accommodate 14 full size sheet pans with 1 1/2" clearance between slides
- Heater proofer cabinets are supplied with at 6.3' NEMA 5-15P cord with a cable cover to provide additional electrical protection and safety
