The Howard McCray EVO-G6-53-47-12P standalone gelato dipping cabinet is air-cooled with a self-contained condensing unit and a temperature range of -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Able to hold eight 12-liter pans of gelato, this stainless steel cabinet has a hydraulic lift-up front glass to instantly access and rearrange product. For straightforward operation, this unit features a digital diagnostic control with programmable defrosting and a fan-assisted airflow design. Made of stainless steel with polyurethane foam insulation, this unit is both durable and convenient to clean.

For efficient access and dipping, this unit is equipped with a roll-down rear curtain, and its bright LED lights enhance visibility.
