Garland SHWO5000 Description

The Garland GI-SH/WO 5000 commercial induction wok unit has a rounded bowl that accommodates the unique shape of a wok. This recessed bowl is surrounded by an induction coil that heats a wok if the cookware is induction ready. Because the unit uses induction heating, it remains cool to the touch and won't release excess heat into the kitchen.

Its stainless steel housing and ceramic glass induction surface make the Garland GI-SH/WO 5000 wok unit simple to wipe clean after use. Its grease filter can be removed for cleaning. A thermostatically controlled sensor automatically shuts off the unit if it gets too hot, avoiding overheat.
