Garland SCO-GS-10ESS Description

For durability, the Garland SCO-ES-10-ESS Sunfire convection oven is made of stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and legs. Both doors are solid in order to hold heat inside and can be opened with one hand while users load food into the oven with the other. Inside are 11 rack guides for six adjustable racks, ensuring users can cook various foods. The porcelain-enameled interior and its two-speed fan distribute heat throughout the cavity for even cooking.

This Garland SCO-ES-10-ESS full-size convection oven features responsive solid-state controls. Its interior temperature is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while a fan provides high or low airflow. A 60-minute timer counts down the cook time so users can prepare other dishes. If users must check on food baking in the oven, they can switch on the interior lights and pull open the doors.
