Garland GTBG36-AB36 Description

For durability and even heating, the grates and the broiler racks on the Garland GTBG36-AB36 gas charbroiler are made of cast iron. The unit's front, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel to resist scratches and dents, and to facilitate cleaning, this unit includes a crumb tray that captures food particles. Because this is a countertop unit, it is mounted on 4-inch legs to prevent overheating.

The Garland GTBG36-AB36 charbroiler has reversible racks, enabling users to cook different food types. One side of the rack is better for handling delicate fish while the other side can accommodate tougher meats such as steak and burgers. To prevent the operator from burning themselves while the unit is on, a rail provides distance at the front of the charbroiler.
