Garland SHBA3500FH Description

A dense copper coil in the Garland SHBA3500FH commercial induction cooktop creates a magnetic field above the cooking surface. This technology only recognizes induction-ready cookware, and when a pan is placed on top, it automatically transfers energy directly into the pan, keeping surrounding areas cooler and reducing the risk of burns from a hot cooktop.

The front panel on this cooktop is sloped to keep the controls in an accessible position. Operators can select the cook cycle on the dial, with options for 78-second fajita warming, 20-second reheating, or 32-second desserts. At the end of a cook cycle, an LED indicator signals the operator, and the unit automatically turns off.

This Garland SHBA3500FH induction fajita pan has protective features to ensure the internal components don't get damaged. Its overheat feature senses when a pan is dry and prevents operation, and the integral fan cools the electrical components. Air deflectors in the unit keep hot exhaust out, and the grease filter traps harmful vapors. After use, the filter can be removed, cleaned, and placed back in the unit.
