Garland GTBG24-NR24 Description

Constructed of stainless steel, the Garland GTBG24-NR24 charbroiler is durable and resistant to scratches, scrapes, and dents. This makes it great for use in a high-volume restaurant where dependability is needed. For a streamlined cleaning process, the unit can be wiped down, and an included crumb tray captures debris and food particles. To prevent it from burning the countertop, it is mounted on 4-inch legs that add space for airflow.

The Garland GTBG24-NR24 countertop charbroiler uses cast iron grates, which are strong and provide even heating. Both of the burners can be controlled individually, so multiple foods can be cooked on the surface at once. Because the racks are reversible, they can accommodate different types of food. One side is better for use with dense steaks, whereas the other side handles delicate proteins.
