The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA/B25PP ice maker with bin is designed with an interior food zone constructed of smooth plastic that won't harbor bacteria. To facilitate cleaning, employees can remove the internal components and clean them in a warewasher, and one-touch controls activate the machine's sanitizing and descaling procedures. Resisting bacterial spread and inhibiting the formation of mildew and mold, an antimicrobial treatment is applied to the ice maker.

Producing 932 pounds of ice per 24 hours in ambient conditions, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA/B25PP modular cube ice maker with bin produces full-size ice cubes.
